One should take a break

May the 4th be with you

He11000!!!

As usual got busy with my most important priority dead-line driven tasks and projects. Got a good free time this week after so many months. I just visited my website for a health check-up and got few patch updates. Saw my blogs - Sept, 2024. Soooo here’s another one to make the site feel alive.

Got to learn a lot of techy and super innovated AWS services. Rolled out a Laravel app on Cloud Infra.. a roller-coster ride with mix of CI/CD, NGINX, Linux, PHP Artisan, crazy ride. I did enjoy. It broke me down at a point, I felt very low.. sleepless night.. disturbed with looking at failing deployments and delayed project timeline, all feature branches getting clogged in pipeline, all pointing fingers. was completely burned out.

Took a whole week break… travelled out of City.

Got refreshed.. Manifested strongly and convinced myself that I can pull this off.. started again with fresh head-start and I did ittt!! Rolled it out. (Someone was totally cutting onions in the background, okay?).

Lesson learned… One should take a break, everything needs a ‘fresh reboot’ after a long continuous hours of operations. My NGINX servers needs it all the time after each deployment.

Sooo.. yeah! BOOK that flight, say YES to that random plan, go OUT, look at birds, look at GREEN, ignore reds. Give yourself a GOOD break.

Life is t3.nano. Let it Serve.
